Shipping Information

We happily ship worldwide! We prefer to ship via the United States Postal Service, which offers competitive rates and more reliable delivery than most private carriers. Trust us. We've dealt with the rest and stuck with the best.

Shipping is calculated based on the weight of the items. A small packaging and handling fee is also included to ensure that your merchandise is given the best care.

5% sales tax is added to purchases within the state of Maine.

When a package ships is variable. We try to get them out as soon as possible; however, for orders placed while we're on the road, it may take additional time. If you have any questions, we encourage you to get in touch with us. We'll gladly provide you with an estimated shipping/delivery time.

For international buyers we ask that you please get in touch with us before placing your order. This is very important as our shopping cart does not calculate shipping to all countries. Failure to email us may result in an invoice to cover additional shipping.

Neko-jin Designs reserves the right to refuse to sell to anyone deemed suspicious and currently does not ship to Italy, Nigeria, and Ghana due to the state of those countries' postal systems. All other countries are subject to our discretion.
